Day 2 – Find an Accountability Partner

Studies show that when you work with an accountability partner, you are going to increase your chances for success exponentially.

P90X Certified Coach Ted Duncan reaching out from Boston again.  I want to congratulate you for making it to Day 2.  How did Day 1 go? Drop me a note to let me know how your feeling. If you’re in one of our Challenge groups, be sure to check in there every day and connect with other people who are driving towards similar goals with you. Find someone you relate to and check in daily with them. Together we have a much better chance of success.

So Today, I just want to hear from you.

So… I really want to hear from you every single day.  I want to know what workout you did, how it went, did you bring it? or at least do your best and forget the rest? Leave a comment below, so I know what you did today.

I’m going to share a secret with you.  When I first started Insanity, I could only keep up through about the first 15 minutes.  And then I just did what I could until the end, taking extra 2 minute breaks all over the place and going slower than the whiny girl in the front row on the tv. I was shocked at how hard it was to get it done, but I took comfort in knowing others were experiencing similar challenges.

So don’t be concerned if you’re having trouble getting through some of the exercises, whether it’s Insanity, P90X, TurboFire, Pump….  Any program that you just started, is going to be a challenge in the beginning.  Just do what you can.  Modify it, but be sure to push yourself a little harder each day.
