Day 23 | Rolling with the Punches | How to handle problems | How to feel better
I wanted to talk to you today about one of the side effects of working out.
Have you noticed that when by doing all these things, eating the right things, working out every day, all of a sudden, other things just don’t seem to be as bad anymore? Have you noticed that when you take care of yourself, all of a sudden everything else seems to be going better too?
And this is the promise of living a healthy and a well-planned life. Because when you take care of yourself, so many other things fall into place.
That’s not to say I don’t have bad days. I definitely do. But when I do have those bad days, I handle them so much better because I know I have my workout to get out my frustration with. I have a healthy diet that’s going to keep my brain chemicals in line. I’m not going to feel depressed or sad. Or if I do feel upset about something, it’s not going to be for long.
So I just want you to think about that; how this lifestyle is changing everything around you.
