Yesterday, I took you through a day in the life of a healthy eater. And you know what? It wasn’t so long ago that I wasn’t a healthy eater. So you should be very encouraged that you can change your diet, your nutrition for a lifelong habit of eating healthy foods and enjoying healthy foods.
Today, I want to talk to you a little bit about Shakeology. And if you read your message yesterday, you saw that Shakeology is one of the things that I’ve incorporated into my diet every single day.
And, you know, kind of like the Recovery Drink I’ve talked about earlier in the month, it’s the kind of thing where you might think “I don’t need that…”
When Shakeology first came out, I was skeptical, but I decided to try it out and I actually liked it. I was surprised, because it has no sugar in it. I could not believe how after about a week of just using Shakeology as a meal replacement, I found that my energy levels and my digestion and so many things were just transforming. And the thing that I find remarkable about Shakeology is that it’s 70 whole food ingredients. I could not put 70 foods in my body in one sitting ever.
So it was a huge addition to my meals. And you know what? It makes your meal plan simpler. Because it’s a challenge to figure out your menu for the week sometimes.
