Log your workouts! – Day 6

Hi. Day 6.

So basically today, I’m just going to give you another tool that’s going to help you keep your workouts on target.

Team Beachbody offers a program that’s called WOWY. It means Work Out With You. And when you log into your account with Team Beachbody, you’re going to see an option to go and log your workouts.

The first thing that you’re going to want to do, if you haven’t done it already, is make sure that your profile on Team Beachbody is completely filled out. You’re going to want to have logged your “before” weight; you’re going to want to have maybe a picture; and what your actual goal weight is afterwards, including interests and things like that.

But one of the coolest things is that just by logging your workouts live every day, you get entered into a drawing where you can win really cool prizes like iPads, iPod Touch, some days it’s $300.00, and some days, once a month, I think, they even have a prize where you can win $1,000.00 just for having logged your workout.

I personally know about ten people that have won this. So this is very achievable. So make sure you’re doing that. And on top of it, it will be a great way for you to document your progress and to meet other people on Team Beachbody because there are always people that you will get to see live that are working out at the same time you are. And it’s pretty cool. So check it out.
