The Party Is Over – Day 9

Hi. Good morning from beautiful Boise, Idaho!

I have some bad news. You are not going to like today’s message. I am sorry. And I actually waited on purpose until Week 2 to spring this on you.

If you are really serious about losing weight, getting healthy, and detoxing, you’re going to have to put the party aside. Just for a few weeks. I’m not saying you have to go to rehab (LOL). I’m just saying you need to put the alcohol aside while you are really changing your body, especially during the first month.

So I know it’s hard. I know a lot of us like to unwind at the end of the day. Hey, I’m totally there with you. But, you know, if you want to see the results on the scale, you have to eliminate alcohol for the next four weeks.

Eliminate it. And I know it’s really tough, but you will be amazed at the difference in your metabolism, in the way you feel, in your skin, all kinds of things that alcohol will have an effect on when you’re trying to lose weight.

So take my advice. I know it’s tough, but it’s just temporary and I know you can do it.
